Aloe Vera:

Aloe Vera provides a soothing, healing effect to our skin care. Aloe Vera is also very complimentary to Alpha Hydroxy Fruit Acid because it moderates their acidity without reducing their effectiveness. We use Organically grown and certified Aloe Vera whole leaf extract.
Alpha Hydroxy Fruit Acids:

Fruit Acids are the most effective form of alpha hydroxy acids. They are gentle and sensitive skin friendly. Natural Fruit acids enhance moisturization, tone the skin, tightening pores and improving skin texture while fading wrinkles and age spots. We use whole extracts of apples, citrus fruits, and sugar cane. These extracts are extracted from organic sources. We do not use synthetic glycolic alpha hydroxy acids.
Alpha Lipoic Acid:

Alpha Lipoic Acid is a powerful antioxidant and can neutralize free radicals which can damage skin cells. Alpha Lipoic acid is found naturally in cells in the body, and is an important precursor to variety of essential nutrients. We use Alpha Lipoic Acid synthesized from vegetable sources.
Essential Oils:

We use two essential oils, Orange Oil and Ylang Ylang Oil. Mixed together and used very sparingly, these two oils provide a soothing, almost neutral scent to Niora skin care. We use only the highest quality, organically certified essential oils.
Glycerin:

Glycerin is lightly moisturizing, and is also a humectant that assists the skin in absorbing moisture. We use vegetable sourced Kosher Glycerin from organic sources.
Glycerol Stearate:

Glycerol Stearate is an excellent moisturizer that is remarkably skin-friendly in that is does not tend to clog pores or build up residue on the skin's surface. Glycerol Stearate adds richness and body to our skincare. Glycerol Stearate is made from vegetable glycerine and from fatty acids derived from soy bean oil. We use ECOCERT approved organic Glycerol Stearate.
Grapefruit Seed Extract:

Grapefruit seed extract is well known natural antioxidant. It is used help to keep our skin care fresh and to assist in inhibiting contamination. We use Organically grown Grapefruit Seed Extract.
Jojoba:

Jojoba's has a uniquely fine molecular structure, far finer than other fine cosmetic oils. This allows jojoba to absorb quickly and completely in to the skin without leaving residual oil on the surface to clog pores and create sensitivity. We use only organic golden jojoba oil. Jojoba is the only oil used in skin care that has a molecular size finer than sebum, or natural skin oils. It's fine molecular size means it cuts through the dried oils and debris that clog pores. Thus it deeps cleans while moisturizing.
Oligopeptides:

Oligopeptides are a powerful group of cosmecueticals that stimulate the synthesis of collagen and hyaluronic acid in the deep layers of the skin. It also provides mild UV protection that helps protect the skin from sun damage. Oligipeptides are synthesized from vegetable proteins and palm oil derivatives.
Soya Phospholipids:

Soya Phospholipids reduce the surface tension of water, making it easier to mix oils and emollients into water. On the surface of the skin, it enhances the skin's natural ability to absorb moisture. When making skin care, it replaces chemicals typically used in mixing oils and water into creams and lotions. Soya Phospholipids, are about 95% pure phosphatidyl choline. It is an essential component of the skin cell membranes, and is involved in the transport of water and nutrients into the cells. Soya Phospholipid is a purified extract from soy lecithin, and one of the finer and more expensive cosmeceuticals.
Sucrose Laurate:

Sucrose Laurate is used to emulsify or to blend our skin care. Sucrose Laurate is very sensitive skin-friendly, and though expensive and difficult to formulate with, it replaces a long list of chemicals typically used to make skin care. Sucrose Laurate is made from sucrose, an ordinary sugar and from lauric acid, a fatty acid derived from palm oil.
Vitamin C Esters:

Vitamin E:

A powerful antioxidant, vitamin e is vital in protecting skin cells from ultra violet light, pollution, drugs, and other elements that produce cell damaging free radicals. It also assists in stabilizing the Jojoba Oil in Niora. We use naturally sourced organic d-alpha-tocopherol, d-alpha-tocopherol acetate forms of Vitamin E.
